Must I fill out everything on the form?

Yes, you must completely fill out the form. Please write clearly to ensure
prompt and accurate delivery.

Do I have to fill out the credit card information if I’m not paying by credit card?

No, you do not have to fill out the credit card information if you are not paying by credit card.

How do I know my credit card has been charged?

The charge for your order will appear as “Pro Edge Labs “ on your credit card statement.

Do you accept cash payments?

Yes, but we highly discourage our customers from mailing cash because there is no
guarantee that the payment will successfully arrive at our processing center. Please note that we
do not take any responsibility for lost or misdirected orders and payments. However, if
you do decide to mail cash, please mail the exact amount in CDN$ (Canadian Dollars).

What if I want to pay by check, bank draft, certified check, or money order?

Please note that we do not accept personal checks. For Certified Checks, Bank Drafts, or Money Orders – please make your payment payable to Pro Edge Labs Inc. in the Payment Details section
of the form. Additionally, all payments must be in CDN$ (Canadian
Dollars). Please note that it can still take up to 3 weeks for these payment methods to clear the bank – your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.

Can I pay with my debit card?

Yes, provided that there is a Visa or MasterCard logo and a CVV2 number
on the card. Please refer to the CVV2 question further below to find out more about the CVV2 number.

OK, my debit card meets your requirements, but how do I fill out my debit card information?

Please use the credit card information fields at the bottom of the form. Please
fill out the fields as accurately and completely as possible.

I don’t have an email address or I do not want to give out my email address.
What should I fill in instead?

If you are not paying by credit card, and you do not have an email address or you do not wish to give it out, you can leave the field blank.

Do I have to give my email address?

If you are not paying by credit card, the email address field is optional. However, your email address helps us in
serving you better. With your email address, we can send you confirmation as
soon as we receive your order and payment. Furthermore, we can also send
you a UPS or FedEx tracking number to track your order online when your order is shipped out. If you are paying by credit card, your e-mail is mandatory as our payment processor requires this information in order to process your order and send a receipt confirmation.

What is the CVV2 number and do I need to fill it in?

The CVV2 number is also known as the “Card Verification Value” which is a 3 or 4 digit
verification number found only on the card itself to guarantee the credit card
number’s authenticity. The CVV2 number is a safety feature telling the merchant that a genuine and valid credit card
was physically in the credit card holder’s possession when they placed the order.
Yes, you must fill in the CVV2 number along with your credit card number and credit card
expiration date.

Where do I find this CVV2 number on my card?

The CVV2 number is commonly found on one of 2 possible places on the credit card: on the back
of the credit card as a 3 digit number that is set apart from the account number on the
signature line; or a 4 digit number that is set apart from the account number on the front
of the card. Please refer to the sample pictures below for illustrations.
